Project Description
I had a concrete paver patio installed last fall. The job was poorly done, and came out uneven. It got even worse after settling over the winter. I am looking for someone to pull the pavers up, level the base/sand with a plate compactor, and then lay the pavers back down. There were also 3 pavers cracked during the initial installation that I would like swapped out. The total area is 13x12' (156 sq. ft). Each paver is 12 x 12", so there are 156 total to pull up and re-lay. I'm ready for the job to be completed any time, weather permitting, as long as the cost makes sense. I will supply the 3 replacement pavers for the ones that are cracked. My budget for the remainder is about $650. A plate compactor costs $73 for a day's rental from Home Depot, if you do not have one to bring to the project, which (after tax) leaves about $570 for labor + any sand needed to level off the existing base.
