Odd-Jobs

We are a retired couple living in a condo. There is a set of track lights set into a ceiling about18 feet up and one of the bulbs has been out for some time. Changing the bulb would take 3 seconds - but requires a 15 foot ladder. I don't want to go out and buy a ladder - no place to store it for one thing - and the condo association is of no help. Local handyman service charges $75 an hour minimum. Would be happy to give someone $20? bucks to come and change our bulb - we'll supply the bulb.
