Odd-Jobs

I am preparing my house to rent it out and need some odd jobs done around the house including (a) fixing one of our basement stairs, (b) helping adjust two light fixtures, (c) installing a motion sensor light, (d) installing a fire/carbon monoxide unit upstairs, (e) patching sub-flooring in our entryway, and (f) wood-gluing/replacing our door frame which is splitting. We would like to rent our house out starting in June so we would like to get started immediately.
