Repair or replace under mounted kitchen sink, repair and refinish kitchen countertop and backspash. Replace bathroom toilet and sink vanity, refinish bathtub and tile, new baseboards to old bathroom ceramic tile, cap off gas line to antique bathroom heater, install ceramic tile to kitchen floor and dining room, install laminate floor to 3 bedrooms and hallway. Or paint the existing wooden floors if it's more cost effective than installing laminate floor. Install 3 bedroom closet doors, install window locks.
