Project Description
rent stabilized apt with small kitchen. vinyl tiles are falling apart and coming loose, and the sub floor feels uneven, even to my feet. would *love* to replace tiles with a decent upgrade from vinyl. Even though we don't own the apartment. we still have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so it will be worth it.
