Flooring

I am closing on a house on 2/26, in Boynton Beach. I want the carpet removed from the stairs and laminate/hardwood installed on the stairs. There are 14 steps and a landing. Additionally, I want the bathroom countertops replaced with granite or marble. I have two 2.5 bathrooms. I would like all of this done before I move in. I have permission to have someone come in and do measurements before I close so all of the materials can be ready (pre-cut), so the project is ready to begin on 2/26.
