We own a rental that needs the following repairs: 1. A patio slider door does not lock. 2. One bulb in the kitchen ceiling light won't light. I've purchased 2 bulbs to try. 3. Plate for door to garage came loose. 4. Jacuzzi in master still doesn't work when we press the buttons. 5. Exhaust fan needs to be hooked up
