Multiple small jobs, looking for a professional who can knock out all three in one visit! Front door sweep replacement: Front door has a kerf-in door sweep (I believe) that needs to be replaced. Outswing exterior door approximately 36 inches. It seems like the old sweep slides out of its slot and can replace that way. Need new sweep sourced and installed. Toilet pipe caulk: Gap around pipe plate where supply line enters the wall behind the toilet needs to be caulked. Simple caulk job. Let's check all 5 bathrooms. Top rack of dishwasher fix: Dishwasher top rack slides off track and prevents door from closing. Brand is Cafe.
