Doors

The vacuum seal in the right side French door in the master suite has failed. It needs to be replaced. This was noted on our initial move-in punch list. Nothing has been done yet. Bathtub drain is missing Window locks do not work. Locks do not function properly or at all in windows in the Kitchen, den, and guest suite. Window in family room does not open, and the wood is rotting on the frame Front doorbell was missing when we moved in. Many outdoor light do not turn on. Driveway lamp post lights do not turn on. Spotlights on the rear of the house do not turn on. Landscaping lights do not turn on. Light by basketball court does not turn on. Several light bulbs were burned out and several were missing when we first occupied the unit. Some are 8.5 feet and some as 12 feet above the floor. These were noted on the original punch list.
