Cabinets - Reface

I have some kitchen (and one bathroom) drawer fronts and pulls that need installation. I’ve painted them already. I have 4 cabinet doors that are already painted and need hinges and knobs attached and doors installed. I own the knobs and hinges, but I’m not sure the hinges are the exact right size (I’ve measured overlay, but it seems off still). I also need help measuring to order top cabinet doors. They presently don’t have doors and I’m not sure how to account for gap/overlay, etc.
