Doors

Hello! We rent out our house from time to time and just had a bad house guest. Now we have some very minor repairs to do + to fix one of our doors. - there are cigarette burns on our beautiful oak wood counter top, needs to be sanded and refinished. - The door to our office that is locked they tried to get into. I had a lovely person come by our house 3 years ago who quoted to create this sliding door (I ended up doing myself DIY) I wonder if there is a way to pull up that old quote with him as maybe makes sense to do from scratch? I recall the quote was 1100 but that included door materials etc and we have the door. - a white knoll coffee table was also burnt with cigarettes - a way. to conceal this? - fix one board on our deck that is loose (I think the support beam under it needs to be replaced as I can see under it) We really need to get the work quoted for our insurance report + do the work next week.
