Dedicated Circuits For the installation of dedicated circuits for the insta hot water heater and mini split A/C unit which will be installed by the following: -For the installation of 100 amp rated wire from the main service panel over to the guest house. The wire will be ran up into the attic and then across the existing roof line that is attached to the guest house and then inside. -For the installation of a indoor 20 space Siemens panel on the inside of the guest house in the smaller utility room where the water heater is currently installed and connecting the new 100 amp feed to the panel. -For the installation of 2 new 40 amp 240 volt feeds from the new sub panel in the guest house over to the new insta hot water heater. Then for the installation of 2 new 40 amp Siemens breakers in the new panel to protect the new branch circuits and serve as the disconnecting means. This will also include removing the existing water heater circuit and installing it in a junction box for future use. -For the installation of a new 120 volt 20 amp feed from the new sub panel over to a new 60 amp rated unfused disconnect on the center right side of the guest house for the new mini split unit. From the new disconnect there will be a power whip installed to connect to the mini split. There will be a new 120 volt 20 amp Siemens breaker installed in the sub panel to protect the new branch circuits. *Please note the drywall on the walls and ceiling must remain removed on the majority of the guest house to install the required parts* This price includes all necessary labor and material such as breakers, panels, wire, disconnects, conduit, connectors, and straps to complete the job. 30 Amp Portable Generator Inlet For the installation of a new contractor provided 240 volt 30 amp generator inlet to be installed outside on the right of the house below the existing main service panel no more than 5 feet away, a new 30 amp 240v breaker, and a new contractor provided generator interlock kit. The generator inlet will be in a NEMA 3R enclosure. The new feed will be protected where it emerges from the panel inside of 3/4 flexable conduit on the surface of the exterior. This will also include installing 2 twin 20 amp breakers to allow space for a the new generator breaker. Pricing is to include all materials, labor, and a 20' twist lock generator cord.
