Basements

Turned water hose on and off and noticed the pipe coming out the house was loose, and water was coming out the house. We noticed the carpet was wet two weeks later and smelled mild do. Area is 3 feet-4 feet wet on the floor but not saturated. Also, the wall does not appear wet at this time. Who do we need to contact? Please help. Call me 443-678-2777
