Project Description
General exterior repair/maintenance (have pics): 1) Giant piece of aluminum flashing (just under roof) has fallen off. Looks like it is over original semi-rotting wood. 2) Original half circle attic window is terribly rotted. Replace with something similar. 3) Lost an aluminum shutter during Sandy. Understand it is near impossible to get an aluminum shutter, so 8 decorative shutters on second floor (drill to aluminum siding and stone)
