(2) Patch & paint two 3-4 feet long small cracks on ceiling; (3) Smooth & paint uneven windowsill cracks Be on time. owner pays a flat fee for 2 hours, if the contractor needs additional time to buy materials or exceed 2 hours, owner will pay materials only, will not pay additional labor fee.
