Project Description
Loose and unstable basement stairs (carpeted stairs with wood underneath). I am the landlord, the tenants use the stairs nearly everyday to access laundry and 2nd fridge. I'm concerned that it is a safety hazard and need it fixed ASAP. None of the handymen I've called have responded.
