Concrete Foundation - Repair or Raise

Basements Replace 9" louvered exterior vent for my dehumidifier. Fill in 9" diameter circular hole in cinder block with concrete. Replace decayed expansion joints in rear patio. Inject concrete into exposed corner of garage foundation which chipmunks have invaded. Repair or replace one 32" storm door. Remove and dispose of one entrance door stored in garage attic.
