Wood Fence - Repair

We would like to fix two issues with our wood fence… 1. Gate has come off of one of the hinges. (It is a double gate. The other side is still on both hinges, but both sides have sunken down from the original fence height. Would consider a quote a little beyond the specified budget to get them both releveled with the normal fence line.) 2. Corner tie of privacy fence has come loose. It needs to be tied back into the corner post.
