Tile and Stone

For a finished basement. Need an area about 1080 square feet to be partly leveled with another layer of concrete and covered with high quality / durable tile that we could select from various samples. It needs to be scratch resistant because we have dogs. Once the floor is covered, we also need new baseboards installed. There is a small wall that we want removed but the existing I-beam connected to the wall needs to be drywalled/painted to look nice. We have a bedroom that already has some type of linoleum cover (100 square feet) that needs to be removed and replaced with the same tile as the rest. If you can offer also a good deal for additional work, we want our bathroom renovated with a new shower, new storage cabinet, new sink/vanity. If you also want another job, we need some simple wooden shelving removed and new drywall installed in the laundry room. We also want to enclose, cover up our furnace an water heater. We also want to redo the trim and doors with nicer, higher quality materials.
