Appliance Installation and Repair

My built in oven needs a fan replaced. When trying to pull it out, the electrical connection prevents it from coming out far enough to replace it. The microwave above the oven needs to come out, to get access to the electrical box, it needs to be unhooked slid out, fan changed and re-connected and then the microwave needs to go back in. To remove the microwave I think it will require some type of platform/lift because it is heavy and about 4.5 feet off the ground.
