Drywall - Repair

master bath needs to be re grouted and there is small amount of dry wall damage on adjacent baseboard. Roof has a deck with grill and cabinetry. Water leaks inside the cabinetry. Need to prevent water from gaining access and possibly put access panel for future issues. Custom Waterfall on roof, leaks. Needs to be sealed. Other potential small ancillary items.
