Your payment will be prioritized. • Contract: We are willing to draft a contract if requested. • Involvement: I will personally assist with bending and mounting the conduit in the basement to help reduce costs and labor. Benefits for Contractors • Opportunity for Ongoing Work: The owners of our space own multiple complexes within Seattle and we will refer you to them for more possible contracts. I am working directly with the owner and his executive assistant. They currently have an electrician who is booked weeks out, and are always looking for more dependable and quality trade contractors. • Networking Opportunities: Once we open our doors, we will start hosting networking events for local groups, including community business owners and multi-housing property managers. Featured companies will be invited to provide business cards and possibly give presentations, depending on your level of participation. We are projected to open in July, depending on the timeline and scope of work. Please let me know if you have any questions or require further details. We look forward to your fair bid and the possibility of working together. Thank you, Charles Scott Piedmont Café L.L.C. charles@piedmontseattle.com
