Need someone to repair a drainpipe and patch up drywall needed to access the pipe. Photos available. The ceiling drywall needs to be painted to match existing. The bathtub on the second floor was leaking onto the first floor. There is a plastic cover that covers the drainpipe but you can see water originating from it. Location of the leak is visible as I have cut away some drywall.
