The drive is located at the back of the house. It consists of cement slabs that have increasingly grown apart and in one area has dropped. There are three masonry retaining walls at the left, right, and back of the driveway. The left and right retaining walls were covered with brick veneer. 2. The left retaining wall has cracked horizontally and bowed out. The joint was opened more than 1” at some locations. 3. There is a crack in the right retaining wall.. 4. There are several cracks in the back masonry retaining wall. The masonry blocks have shifted at some locations. 5. Retaining walls need to be repaired and stabilized. 6. Drive needs to be leveled most likely by installing a new driveway.
