Add Attic space

I just need some small things done in my apartment I need some pictures hung up I I have a chair that needs to be glued and and clamped until the glue dries very small things done I live in assisted living but they don't have enough help here and there's 160 apartments and they don't have enough handyman here and all these old ladies I'm included in that can't do a damn thing and I can't either so I need some help I'm willing to pay for someone to just come in and do the small things that I need and I fear because I've contacted several people online here the people don't want to work for that little bit of work I mean this is not a big project but I can't do it myself I'm a widow I have no boyfriend and I am not handy.
