1. Garage floor epoxy finish on concrete surface, 440 sqft 2. Basement storage finish, area 18*8=144 sqft, 8 ft high ceiling - Build a separation wall with stub, dry wall finish. This wall is not for supporting load, just a separation. 18ft wide, 8 ft height. - Cover the ceiling with drywall, 18ftx8ft - Install 2x ceiling LED lights - Put soft water proof isolation layer on concrete floor, install SPC vinyl floor 18ft x 8 ft - Paint the 4 walls and ceiling. The room will be 18 ft x 8ft x 8ft high.
