Odd-Jobs

I have a variety of small repairs, most requiring climbing a ladder which i can no longer do. Clean, patch, repair and paint a ceiling, secure a door to attic, secure a ceiling fan cover, remove fan covers so I can clean, then replace, caulking, easy repair on some cabinets, blow leaves out of or clean a gutter and cover if possible, replace some fence slats, move a fence latch so that it closes, figure out why my smoke alarms beep and repair, maybe more.
