Siding/Residing
Posted November 7, 2014
Project Description
Just below the siding on my house is a piece of wood that runs the width of the house. A squirrel or a woodpecker has made a hole in the wood. Apparently it has water damage. I need that wood replaced and painted. I also have some wood flashing that runs along the left side of the house (this is a townhouse) just below my siding as it hits the neighbor's roof. It needs to either be replaced or reattached to the house. All wood replacement should be appropriately primed and painted to match the siding color. I will be happy to receive estimates on a "wrapped" wood solution to replace the squirrel damaged wood. However, if you provide a wrapped estimate I would also like a standard wood/paint estimate as well.
