I tried to change a lightbulb in a 13 feet high ceiling with a wand and spotlight attachment. That did not work so I then tried the suction cup attachment. That worked but as I turned the bulb, the fixture came out of its hole. Evidently the bulb is screwed in very tight. The light is also located about a stairway landing. We need someone to change the bulb and fixture to one that will stay and allow me to change the bulb myself.
