My husband has balance issues and has fallen in the bathroom. I would like the bathroom door to open out so I can enter to help. Also want to change from doorknob to handle. Finally mount a rack on wall to hang robe and towel. Also, my son bedroom we would like to re-hang the sliding door of closet
