Fencing

I'm getting bids to replace part of the fence at my rental house near Gilroy. The really bad section is 80 feet long. If the price is right, I will consider replacing the whole fence (approximately 240 feet). Prefer to use redwood boards and pressure-treated posts. Ground is flat. Soil is sandy and easy to work with. There's a bush that needs to be chopped down and removed and the old rotten fence needs to be hauled away.
