Painting and Wallcovering

I have a rental in Lodi and need the outside trim only painted. It has siding on the rest of the house So i only need the trim. Some places have new boards and will need a primer. I am very flexable with time to do it. I do live and hour away and would like to schedule something. the house is approx 1200 sq ft.
