Energy Efficient Windows - Install

3 projects: 1) Remove a larger window in a bathroom and replace with a smaller window. Include demo and reframing; install new vinyl, double pane window, install siding to match existing siding, insulate interior and replace interior drywall and window trim and finish with beadboard to match existing wall treatment, then paint. 2) Rework gutter system on back of home to drain away from the foundation. The existing configuration is inadequate in moving water. Want a gutter with mesh cover and new downspout with flexible pipe to carry water away from the foundation. 3) Replace one basement door. Reframe old doorway as needed; replace with new steel door with half window (standard width but with a shorter height); Must be mold proof construction with stainless steel hardware.
