Project Description
I recently purchased a home and would like to finish the basement. I also would like to have the flooring cleaned. The previous owners had cats. I dont think the floor is terribly dirty, but i did smell the cat scent, and would like the floor cleaned and sealed. Also, I want to know if i need to have the basement waterproofed. I dont get the keys until Nov 3.
