Air Conditioning

Install a mini-split system in the house I'm selling: one 18k BTU unit in the living room, and three units (total 27k BTUs) in the bedrooms. All are on the east wall and connect easily to condenser units outside. This is simple: hang units, drill holes, run lines to condenser and power from the breaker box (currently used for the furnace which doesn't work). Shouldn't take you long; I'd do it myself if I were in town.
