Decks

My backyard opens into the basement which I have rented out. I would like to have a deck built off the main floor going into the back yard so my dog does not have to go through the basement to use the back yard. This project would also require putting a door leading outside in my kitchen (there is ample room for the door so no kitchen remodeling would be needed). Estimated deck size would be 10x20. Also I'd like to eventually put a small hot tub on the deck so it would have to be able to bare that weight. Not sure how much this is going to be, looking for estimates, so start date/cost will vary depending on each other.
