Tile, Stone, Grout - Clean

2 small bathrooms with original vintage wall and floors tiles in mid century colors, want to keep, they need to be cleaned and sealed. The floor had tile squares that were put down over the original tiles in about 1980. They are coming up and the old adhesive scrapes off easily, need that done first and then the cleaning/sealing of the floor. I can send pics. Had no idea what to put for budget, need a quote.
