Awnings

Our back patio has a simple wood frame + corrugated plastic awning. I've removed the old plastic and will sand and paint the wood frame before you arrive. The ask is to install the new plastic sheets. They'll need to be cut down to size with a saw before install. I have the corrugated plastic, grooved wood pieces, and screws with plastic caps from home depot and don't believe additional hardware will be needed, but willing to negotiate that once you've had a chance to inspect.
