Drain Clearing

I have a house that was built in 1926. The driveway is slopped from the sidewalk down to the garage. At the bottom of my driveway, near the garage door is a drain hole that drains into a dirt are. I need a handyman to make the drained area bigger so the water when it rains can flow better to the opening hole.
