I have a few small tasks that I need to have done in a small townhouse: 1. Toilets are "running". Replace toilet tank flapper for 3 bathrooms. 2. Replace toilet seat in master bathroom. 3. Hang picture over the stairs. 4. Replace "noisy" fan with a more quiet one in the guest bathroom. 5. Secure the "lip" of the wood flooring at the top of stairs in hallway. 6. Fix/replace electrical outlet in kitchen where microwave oven is plugged in. - Hang mirror in bedroom???
