Wood Fence - Install

I am looking to have a outdoor partition attached to my a structure on my rooftop. This partition will provide privacy from my neighbors as I take a shower outdoors. The partition should be roughly 10 feet via 5 sections (2 feet each). This partition should have the functionality to create an "L" shape via joints attaching the sections together. The partition should be able be secured to the structure when not in use.
