Appliance - Install

I've been steadily replacing ceiling fans in our house, and got to the one in the spare bedroom (which is also my office), and while I got the old fan down, the 2 screws holding the bracket to the ceiling electrical adapter are stripped. I have some screw removal adapters for my drill, but I'm clearly not doing it right and don't want to make the situation worse. I need someone to remove the screws, and (as long as you're here) install the new fan and switch. I was able to install another fan in about an hour - I assume someone more handy could do it much more quickly.
