Painting and Wallcovering

I need a kitchen ceiling painted flat white. Dimensions are ~11.5' x 20' and a 8'x5' hallway. The ceiling is flat, no texture, no trim, no tray. It is currently white. I also need a foyer light installed to replace an existing light. Ceiling is ~20' tall. Light to be installed is about 2' tall, no glass, rubbed bronze. Light to be removed is ~3' tall with glass panels.
