1. Replace 2x6 cedar cap on railing (approx. 100') 2. Replace 2(+?) 4x4 8' deck support posts 3. Stain deck surface (I have already bought stain & deck has been power washed down to bare wood) 4. Paint/Stain Railings 5. Deck is approx. 1,000 sq.ft. 6. Other minor repairs as needed. Work is to be done ASAP "before the rainy season returns."
