Painting and Wallcovering

Looking to have a painter come into the house to do some minor touch up work on stairs banister and select trim throughout the house. Also looking to have portion of the finished basement ceiling painted white where it's lacking a coat. Lastly, looking to have one wall in basement office rolled with paint to cover scuff marks from normal wear and tear.
