We need the following: -Replace all the plug outlets with ones that have built-in breakers or switches. -Change a high light fixture in the ceiling (we have a leader) -All the power is on one circuit breaker, we want to separate them to a second breaker. There is already a place for it on the circuit board. -Possibibly add an outlet to the bathroom so we can install a second tankless water heater.
