Appliance Installation and Repair

Two urgent projects: 1. Install a floor in an area of kitchen formerly an enclosed porch. Porch deck is in place, but floor must be level with adjoining area. We have tile on hand. 2. Install a temporary kitchen sink. We have a sink to use, which need a platform. Alternatively, we could use a kitchen island with a sink, which we also have. We removed a curtain wall separating the kitchen from an enclosed porch to expand the working area. To facilitate this work, the contractor removed the kitchen sink, which we donated to charity. As we are planning a major kitchen renovation and have of the kitchen, we did not immediately replace the sink, planing to wait until we installed all the new cabinets, Now, however, the appraiser tells us we must have a sink and finished floors for her to put a value on the house, which we need to get the mortgage to pay for all the renovation. We've just been given this information and have only a week to get everything done, or the mortgage offer will expires and rates will escalate. Unfortunately, the original contractor vanished, and the new one doing the kitchen is too busy to start now and cannot help us with this immediate need.
