Basements

1) Ceiling Joists cut too short and Need to be reinforced, at 3 Sky Lights, and where they attach to an LVL Beam, 2) Rafter needs reinforcement where old termite damage has not been repaired. 3) Plumbing Supply Lines need to be insulated. 4) Several Places Roof Decking repairs are not blocked properly. reinforcement is needed. 5) Attic access area in hall needs to have reinforcement around the opening. 6) Bath Vents need to be vented to the Soffits or to the exterior. 2 Baths. 7) Master Bath Vent needs to be connected to Roof Vent. (Ducts not connected.)
