Project Description
Remove old metal electrical box from ceiling joist and install pancake electrical box so I can mount a new 70" fan in our old house (built in 1880). Also, I pulled the cap off to inspect the wiring and noted there was no ground wire. Some of the outlets in my home have a ground wire and some do not, so some electrical work may be needed.
