Decks

I have an approx. 20x10 deck and a 8x5 balcony that are both ground level. Both need to have the existing stain removed/power washed away. Then I would prefer to seal rather than re-stain the area so as to preserve the natural wood look. Although I would like a price for both options. The balcony has a small handrail barrier around it that does not need to be touched. I am planning on leaving that stained. The wood on the deck is some kind of exotic wood - I believe it to be Pau Lope? It seems to be a very hard, strong wood. I am looking to have this work done in September.
